Work Life Balance: 9 Quick Tips for Managing Overwhelm

If you’re feeling that your work life balance is teetering on the sting; isn’t it time to form changes before the problems overwhelm you?
Here are my secrets for coping with overwhelm.
1. Everything is good, and there’s room for improvement and regaining work life balance. It takes time and energy to resist reality. The muse managing overwhelm is to accept what’s and take it from there.
2. Putter. Puttering orients you in time and area of your life whereas creating mental room for you to notice what really desires to be high priority.
Tip: Set a closing date on puttering if you are worried that you may lose the entire working day to it.
